How do we tell which class to enter? I think I understand the Open Blue, but I'm not too sure how to tell which dogs qualify for what

For now, almost all Shelties will enter in Open (Colour). Colour-headed whites enter in the head colour class (Colour headed white Sable, etc.). If your Sheltie is painted, go with the base colour. If it is a non natural colour, it enters in Open Any Other Colour.

Sables and Sable Merles in Open Sable
Tris and bi-blacks in Open Black
Blues in Open Blue
Everything else in Open Any Other Colour

Puppies will enter in the puppy class.

Bred by Exhibitor will be opened once breeding season has opened, and it is for puppies which YOU have bred (you owned the puppy when it was born).

Specials will open when dogs begin completing championships!

If you are unsure, take a guess and I will edit if need be! You will not be penalized for entering the wrong class

I hope this is the proper place for this question as it regards shows and stuff. I was wondering if there would be any other types of shows besides Specialties. I thought an Agility competition might be fun. A little involved, maybe; but it would be interesting to see how people RP the different obstacles and stuff. Anyway, just a thought.
